To convert pdf to swf you can use kiqlo.com service for free. You upload a pdf (ebook) and the swf is automatically generated for you. The service is free and it is based on open source tools one of which is the core swftools. You don’t need to register to convert document. You can sell the uploaded document if you register. registration and selling is still free and no commission are applied.
