Plannr is a free to use website that helps you schedule meetings and notify the attendees. You start by creating an account on the website. Next you create a plan by entering its name, location, time, and duration. You can add the attendees’ email addresses by typing them or by importing from your Google Contacts.

If you are discussing the meeting in an email thread you can add Plannr to the CC address and the meeting will be scheduled by considering the other email recipients as the attendees. Attendees need only click the link emailed to them to confirm their attendance; they will not need to create a Plannr account.
