These protections aren't explicitly mentioned on our website, so I can understand why they might not be immediately apparent to a reviewer. 1) We do not allow any calls from 10PM PST - 6AM PST. 2) If you receive a call and you don't want one, press 9 to opt out permanently of ever receiving calls. We have a short message that plays when you pick up the phone instructing you of this fact. 3) We rate limit (slow down rate of calls) in two ways. Firstly, there is a cap of how many calls you can place to a given number in a given 24 hour period. Secondly, there is a cap to how many calls you can place given one IP address. There are many illegitimate uses of any product, but we try to encourage folks to use the service for good. We understand that there are some bad apples out there, which is why we added the 3 features above to prevent abuse. Thanks again for the review!
