    I have some questions on collaboration Tools. The fact that we used a lot of collaboration Tools, some of them come to our, now use teamwox.com and now he is helping us to work together. But there is no project management module. The problem is that it is very difficult to switch from one system to another as needed. How to transition easily?

      Dear Marianna,

      If you look at Oogwave, there is a project management (in a simpler form) – we call it work planner. But if you are looking at advance project management tool, the same is a different area all together and not possible to be a part of a collaboration tool.

      A collaboration tool is more in line – as an advances email system, where things are logically structured and centralized and not on different and multiple emails.
      A collaboration tool allows a better communication and real time sync between team workers.

      Yes I do agree with you in respect to migration, that is a issue currently, as there are not standard API’s to allow migration. Transition and Migration do take time. We at Oogwave have tried to provide Excel Imports as an option to migrate, it is not the perfect solution still some alternative to ease transition pain.
