NSFW (Not Safe For Work ): Shorten risky URL’s and Warn Recipients

Are you in the habit of sending risque pictures, videos and links to your friends? Are some of those friends normally at work when you send them those links? Do your friends get angry when you send the links and their boss is around? Then you might find NSFW (Not Safe For Work) useful.

Basically NSFW is like the other URL shortening services out there, such as TinyURL, except NSFW is solely for risky links. It will shorten the link you give it and then attach a warning to the recipient that the destination URL may be too dangerous for a work environment so proceed with caution.

So first of all, you would enter your destination URL :

nsfwmainpage.gif

and then click on “Make Link Safer”. You will then get this screen :

nsfwmainpage2.gif

Now when you give out the shortened URL and the person clicks on it, they will first receive a NSFW warning. They can then decide if they want to proceed or wait until later.
