Notify.me is a new service which endeavors to deliver any information on the web which you consider important, in real time. You can track items on sites like Craigslist, watch Twitter, keep a track of job postings in your field or stay up to date on breaking news.

There are different options to choose from for the delivery of notifications – instant messenger, email, SMS or desktop application. There’s also a web interface which lets you manage your notifications easily.
