Everything is moving to real-time in an effort to make processes more efficient. Notapipe does that with text documents by letting you edit text files collaboratively in real-time. Each document can be edited simultaneously by as many as 3 users along with an integrated chat session. The tool supports syntax highlighting for each document type and allows multiple revisions.

Each user has a different color of text that can be easily customized. The color coding also lets users know the percentage of the document that has been edited by them. The documents can be of multiple formats and include line numbers for easier editing. Notapipe also lets you search within your document, copy/cut/paste text and even import documents from your hard drive. The free version is not ad-free but provides a clean and simple interface to create documents in groups.
