NanoScan : The Fastest Online Virus Scan

My Avira Professional antivirus program warn me when I try to test NanoScan:

detected in file ‘C:\Program Files\Panda Security\NanoScan\Engine\psnflg.dll.
Action performed: Deny access
Nanoscan needs to access your system files so it’s normal that you get such warnings.
ugh.. you’re kinda dumb computer-wise aren’t you
it doesn’t scan your WHOLE PC for viruses in 2 minutes,cuz that would be impossible. it only scans for active malware running at the time of scan.
