MyStickies
Web based tool that lets you add sticky-like notes to any webpage you visit. Notes can be added to any webpage and will remain there whenever you visit it again. Basically, it’s a flexible alternative to browser Bookmarks.
Additional Features:
- Store, organize (tags), sort and edit your sticky notes in your account area
- Add sticky notes right from you browser toolbar. (Currently Firefox only, Safar and IE support on the way.)
- Share all or particular notes (i.e. all notes tagged as ‘fun’) with friends
- get Sticky Pages: additional feature that can be used as a Scratch pad or ToDo list

I use this plugin a lot. I find stickies really useful for noting up ideas about sites I visit.
I also use stickies in my docs with meshwrite but I have yet to find a tool that really links my online/offline notes fully.
