I have just tested it yesterday, worked fine. Try again tomorrow, it has been under heavy traffic for the last couple of days.

this one got famously blocked by myspace and shut down.

The author then posted his sources out for anyone and everyone to use…

Zwert

You’re probably familiar with this anyway, but play any mysp mp3 for long enough and it will be placed in your cache. On your Uncle Zwert’s drive it will be “C:\Documents and Settings\Zwert\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files”.

OTOH, if they don’t place a copy in your cache and are genuinely streaming it, and if you’re feeling really cheeky/vengeant and want a better copy, clean your cache first (maybe using Cleanup or similar), go to the page, let the first track play, then locate a copy of “musicplayerxml” in your cache. Drag that somewhere and open it in notepad.

You now have a copy of the links from which mysp stream the music. Make a temporary .html file with the links in, then right click and save as. Thank you very much mothership. I’ll be back.

Finally, if there is no way the file can be had, is still can be had. Do this; install a decent wave form editor that can save to mp3 format, at least 192 kbps, 44 khz sample rate; turn off system sounds, shut down all programmes that do system sounds even when you have turned them off, start recorder, record music. Where there is a will there is a way.
