This program corrupted my itunes library the first time I tried to run it, requiring a restore from backup. Be sure you have a current backup before you run it.
The program ran fine on my PC when I tested it. It has been reviewed not only here but on many other prominent sites too.
However, I agree with what you say. This program like all the other programs isn’t perfect and hence a backup is essential before one tests it.
