Meeting Scheduler for Gmail is an innovative Firefox add-on which integrates meeting scheduling within Gmail. The add-on is by ScheduleOnce, a company offering meeting scheduling solutions across various other apps too.

Here’s how this add-on works:

    1. You decide the time and the date when you are available to call a meeting. (The add-on checks for overlap with your Google Calendar).
    2. You create a meeting and invite people.
    3. Invitees reply with their availability times.
    4. Meeting is scheduled by you keeping in mind availability of the invitees.

The add-on creates a small widget inside your Gmail where you can take a look at the upcoming meetings. A cool thing about this add-on is that it integrates with your Google Calendar too. So you don’t have to re-check with your own calendar to see if the meeting conflicts with some other appointment.
