Sounds similar to the Ubiquity extension from Mozilla Labs. I’ll try this out though شات كتابي شات صوتي

Thanks for the writeup! Dave P - the primary purpose of KwiClick is to retrieve the information, and interact with it, without the need to open a new tab. Our primary goal is to help users stay focus on the task they are currently performing. We currently integrate with the FireGestures addon for customizable mouse gesture support; with more gesture addon support coming soon.

Sean, although KwiClick has been compared to Ubiquity a few times, we think we're taking a different approach here. Also, we've written Ubiquity commands for KwiClick, so that you can initiate KwiClick using Ubiquity itself.

Thanks for the feedback!

One other add on with similar but both more limited and quicker to use capabilities is QuickDrag. Like Kwiclick you start by highlighting something. You then drag it. If it is a link, it opens in a new tab. Text opens a new tab and does a search with whatever engine is selected in your search box. Graphics are downloaded.
