The screenshots & public pages on the site made it look perfect for less-advanced users like my mother... But when I logged her new account in, I discovered that all of the text fields used fonts that are too small for her to see even on a 22" widescreen monitor. There was nowhere to change the font size, either...rendered the otherwise cool site useless. Bah. :-/ Darn! They have the same free online contact management, with more search fields and custom fields, and an easier import process... plus you can be part of their online business network if you want, and they have a bunch of other free stuff too like free teleconferencing.
