Darn! The screenshots & public pages on the site made it look perfect for less-advanced users like my mother… But when I logged her new account in, I discovered that all of the text fields used fonts that are too small for her to see even on a 22″ widescreen monitor. There was nowhere to change the font size, either…rendered the otherwise cool site useless. Bah. :-/

If you’re having problems with KeepM, you should check out http://www.octopuscity.com. They have the same free online contact management, with more search fields and custom fields, and an easier import process… plus you can be part of their online business network if you want, and they have a bunch of other free stuff too like free teleconferencing.

Two Problems
I uploaded my contacts from my home computer to the keepm website no problem.

1) When I imported them into my gmail, only the email addresses appeared, making my contacts a terrible mess.

2) I could not import them into Outlook on another computer as a CSV file or vcard info.

I’ll report when I hear back from keepm.
