		<description>Does anyone know if the recipient&#039;s phone has to have location services turned on? In other words, is this GPS/cell tower triangulation based, or does it just send the message when the recipient&#039;s phone connects to the closest cell tower to the location or their computer connects to nearby wifi?</description>
