Once installed, the tool lets you take as many pictures as you want from your webcam, arrange them in the desired order, set the time duration between each frame and convert them into a simple stop motion film.

You can also set a timer on your webcam using the tool so a picture would be taken every few seconds. You can save your projects, open them again and once done convert them into an FLV file. The tool has a minimal interface and simple features but does the job pretty well.
