Most people create a signature that is automatically pasted at the bottom of all outgoing emails. Automatic email signatures are a great feature and end up saving the user a lot of time. iOS-running device owners, however, cannot make use of automatic HTML signatures because it is not a built-in feature. Thankfully “iPhone Signature Creator” is there to solve this problem.
iPhone Signature Creator is a free web app that helps create HTML signatures. The site creates a shortcut which is to be placed on your device’s home screen. This shortcut opens up an email composition interface with your HTML signature pasted at the bottom.
You start using the service by entering all the details you want your signature to include. You can add your full name, company’s name and your position at it, phone numbers, email, website, and even a logo either by uploading or through a URL.

Features:
- Lets you add HTML signature to outgoing emails in iOS.
- Has a user friendly interface.
- Lets you add many details in the signature.
- Lets you add a company logo in the signature by upload or by URL.

Well, it’s nice that they’re providing a workaround, but this is still a serious shortcoming on the iPhone. And from first glance, it doesn’t appear to provide the functionality to include HTML signatures in replies, since it creates a new email from the web app. Good effort, but not too useful in my opinion. Apple just need to pull their finger out and include functionality for multiple HTML signatures.
