Iden.tify.us is gone. Does anybody know of any similar sites? Name My Tune (www.namemytune.com) looks pretty good, but I haven’t gotten any responses to the songs I wanted to identify. (Unfortunately, all of them are either ones I don’t know any words for or ones where Googling the lyrics turns up no results, so my usual method of identifying songs won’t work.)
Here are the lyrics and I challenge someone here to identify the song. “Now I’m awake, I have no fear won’t disapear I’ll still be here tomorrow. Now I’m awake, I’m feeling strong I’ll carry on a thousand years or more.”
On the way home from work I hear a fairly familiar oldie. It includes “Weekend, when the workin week is done (or thru), weekend…” Has a great beat. Anyone have an idea what the name is?
