Both are quite populated and offer rich choice of fresh TV show episodes and movies that can be freely watched in full-screen mode. All free and 100% legal.

Watch your favorite episodes of Family Guy, The Office, The Simspons, Arrested Development, 30 Rock, Battlestar Gallactica, Scrubs, House, American Dad and many other TV Shows online for free. You don’t have to pay for anything and can play past episodes at any time.

In movies section you can jump directly to the movie of your choice or find something to watch by going over the most popular section. Additionaly you can browse movies alphabetically, by genre or even movie studio.
One really cool feature is that you can subscribe to your favorite shows or channels and get notified whenever the new videos are added. Hulu offers feeds that have videos embedded into them so that you can watch them directly from within your primary RSS news reader (i.e. Google Reader). Check out list of available feeds here.

Ya know, ya could use a proxy to watch Hulu movies, it will be a bit slow and will (almost certainly) be breaking their Terms of Service, and possibly even the law, so I have been a good boy and not done it!
You don’t have to use the prroxy, there is a server called OpenHulu, it works from everywhere.
