When bored at work we often open up a work related website in one browser tab, and entertainment websites in other tabs. When the boss walks by, we simply bring the work related website to the foreground. But this keeps the other tabs open and can be easily spotted by the boss. hideBad is something that helps us out in this case.

hideBad is a Firefox add-on which works brilliantly to maintain our browsing privacy. It provides users with keyboard hotkey shortcuts to immediately hide all tabs and open up whatever homepage we have set. It even goes as far as clearing our history cache ““ that surely covers our tracks. When the coast is clear, we can restore our tabs by another hotkey shortcut.
By default, these shortcuts are: ALT+X to hide all tabs and CTRL+ALT+T to restore our tabs. For people who use Firefox at work, hideBad is an invaluable addon.

Features:
- Free (but restricted to Firefox users).
- Lets us quickly hide the webpage we are browsing.
- Even though cache is deleted, tabs can still be restored using a hotkey shortcut.
- The restore sessions can also be password protected.
- DEFCON mode for automatic recognition of explicit webpages.
