I can’t believe, Microsoft lost my records on HealthVault! After three months of not being in the record, I log on this evening because I have an appointment with a new doctor tomorrow morning. I would have been nice to use HealthVault for one of it’s intended purposes – to print and/or download the information from one central repository and take it to my doctor for history and physical.

Not only is it gone, Microsoft classified my support requests as “Severity C (Minimum business impact). Now I ask all of you, what if I got hit by a car and needed the medical history so a doctor in a trauma center doesn’t make a mistake by administering a drug that reacts with one I’m already taking? Hmmmmm, Microsoft? I guess as a patient I’m a minimum impact!?
