Once you install the browser plugin, all you have to do is click the “Send To GrexIt” button to share any email thread with other team members. The replies will be automatically added to the knowledge base and every member will be able to search the knowledge base right from within their Gmail account.

It is a great addon to Google Apps Mail that helps collaborate around conversations and let them easily be searched.
