If you are so fascinated by Google Buzz but don’t like to open a browser window every time you want to visit Buzz, try this new desktop application. The light-weight desktop app for google buz is based on Adobe AIR and auto-updates every two minutes.

After you log in, the initial window gives you an overview of your Buzz posts, followers and an option to find people. Clicking on any feature takes you to a detailed window very similar to the actual Google Buzz. It has a lot of the features that the web application offers including finding people nearby to your location. The navigation and interface could be made more user-friendly but still works fine. For example, right now it doesn’t really show the profile images of people you are following.

Note: It is a third-party app and not supported by Google so some features might be buggy.
