GoogleBuildingMaker: Add 3D Buildings to Google Earth

Google Building Maker is an online tool by Google which lets you create and add 3D models of buildings to Google Earth. Currently available for 50 cities, this tool uses Google SketchUp for editing and modifying the 3D shapes and requires the Google Earth plugin to function.

If you’ve got Google Earth installed then chances are that you also have the plugin installed in your browser. Select a location to model, align the 3D shapes with the photos and submit it to the Google 3D warehouse for review. You would need to sign in to your Google account before you submit your model for review. If accepted, your model would be added to Google Earth and you’d be credited for the same.
