WhenIsGood is a free web-based event scheduler and meeting planner. Helps you plan the time to have your meeting or event by co-ordinating availability with all event participants. No registration required.

How it works:

1. 1. Go to the website and select preferred time slots for the meeting to take place.
2. 2. Enter you email and get template invitation to circulate to your invitees.
3. 3. Modify email to your taste and forward it to all participants.
4. 4. Recipients receive the link to your proposed time slots and can paint over when is good for them.
5. 5. Monitor results from custom event page.
