GIFWorks: Web Based Free GIF Editor

GIFWorks is a free multifunctional GIF editor that lets you easily edit add effects and optimize animated GIF images online. Although the site does look kinda ugly it’s packed with some nice features which you’re unlikely to find among similar apps.

Currently there is also 400k image size limit per images. The GIFs can be uploaded both from a hard drive or web URL. Below is a list of features GIFWorks offers:
