The best part about it is that Basecamp makes it easy to export all their data. You can switch over seamlessly. it’s about time someone built a free project management solution. it’s really not that complicated of a software problem. High time we can have it for free.

Just my 2c, I have been using Apollo (or maybe the right name is ApolloHQ) and sorry, but I would much rather pay for something that is good.
These Apollo guys have the most impressive program, time management, CRM etc. and it’s been free up till now, but when they start charging I am ready to pay. There on http://www.apollohq.com and no no referral code or anything

Oh I also still use Manymoon manymoon.com mainly because I had lots of projects before, but also because they have fantastic integration with Google.
