“No restriction on number of transferred files” is a lie. I tried to synch my music collection between two machines, and all I get is a message saying “too many files.” No indication of what the limit is, that would obviously be way too helpful.
Try selecting only a part of your library. I think maybe the above mentioned 2GB limit applies to total fize size rather individual file size limit
