Hi,

I tried to use your after your recommendation for epassportphoto.com but guess what?

They do not provide a $3.50 service. “Free” but I have to pay postage to Snapfish.

There is no address of this company.

You are promoting a .con company.

I am Very disappointed.

Shushu.

Hi Ben

Thanks for the feedback. It’s been a while since I looked at it so things might have changed. But I will run a thorough check shortly.

Once again, thanks for heads up.

I was finally able to check the website out, looks fine to me. First of all they do charge for shipping costs. I have indicated this in the description, see “Premium service …..”.

As regarding payment options, you don’t need to know company address, they accept payment via Paypal.

Another issue is website’s credibility, how do we know it’s not a bogus company. Quite honestly, I don’t think anyone can be 100% sure about them. However, ePassportPhoto.com was covered by several extremely popular publications, so I assume they’re credible.
