DrPic is an online image editor which differentiates itself from the umpteen image editors available online by not using flash. Yes, it is AJAX based and hence, unlike most of the other popular online image editors, doesn’t require Adobe flash to operate. Although it may be a bit slow to load initially, it has got a nice user interface, easy to use and some cool features like polaroid and oil paint effects.
