Developers and designers in particular are always on the lookout for new font sources. But these sources normally make you go through numerous steps – registration, activation, etc. – before you can download the font you like. A refreshing exception to that rule is a web service called DDfont.
DDfont is a free to use web service that offers you a variety of fonts. You can download the fonts off the site for free, without having to register for any account. All you have to do is find a font you like by browsing or, in case you know what you are looking for, by typing in the name of the font you want. After entering a CAPTCHA code you will be able to download the font as TFF files in a ZIP archive. To install the font, simply unzip the archive content and place them within Fonts in the Control Panel.
