Hi - I know I'm a bit late chiming in. I'm the creator of http://allofcraigs.com. First, thanks Jason for complimenting my site.

I also have had problems with Craiglook. I did a search within a 30 mile radius of 10003 and I got ads returned from California. Great concept though.

All-in-all, the best "all of craigslist" sites to search are crazedlist and searchtempest(?), but they are at risk of being blocked by Craigslist.

In my opinion, Google's not the greatest, as it's index doesn't return the most recent ads, but what it lacks (and this is a response to Carl) it makes up for in ads. Yes, ads! What's wrong with blanketing a search query with highly relevant ads? My site, for example, is ad-free until you search Craigslist for what you're looking for. The ads are unobtrusive, and completely relevant. Exactly what Google ads are for.

With allofcraigs, I've took all the parameters offered by google and rolled them up into a site strictly for Craigslist. Yes, one can argue that they can do that themselves by going to google itself, but my results are actually better than googles because of my refinements.

Just my 2 cents. Regards,

Jason, how is allofcraigs different from google search ? I see a lot of ads but no real value there.

I kinda agree with the poster, craiglook is a cool widget, especially if you are searching locally within X miles.

It also does a great job searching across all craigslist sites (I find results to be more relevant than with both sites mentioned above) but as I said, i don't really see the value in "global search"

I've just tried craiglook to search for 2006 Acura TL within 20 miles from the place where I live and and it worked just fine.

Apart from some minor glitches it really saves a lot of time and does the great job.

And I agree all of craigs is a total crap

I think this site is way better: http://allofcraigs.com

Craigslook doesn't work, and searchallcraigs has horrible results.

Just my opinion
