CountOnIt: Count Words in PDF, Text, HTML, XML & CSV Files

CountOnIt is a free online word count app that lets you quickly count words in PDF, Text, HTML, XML and CSV files without even opening them. All you need to do is select/upload the file you want it to count and then click on “Count” button. The site then processes submitted file and gives you a quick overview including the word and character counts.
