CloudPrint : Online PDF Printer

CoouldPrint is a tiny PDF Printer program for your Windows desktop that lets you print documents to PDF, and instantly store and share them online. It’s quite straight forward. Download and install the virtual printer driver on your PC. Once installed, a new ‘Print with CloudPrint’ option will be added to your print menu (in all programs).

When you print documents using the CloudPrint “virtual printer” they will be converted to PDF and stored on CloudPrint server. CloudPrint will ask you for your mobile number so that it can send you an SMS message (free) when your doc is ready. You’ll also get a unique code to retrieve and download the document. Documents can be retrieved from any computer, all you need is the document code.

If you’re a Mac or Linux user, or simply don’t want to install anything, CloudPrint gives an option to send and convert documents by email or SMS. In the latter case standard text messaging fees may apply.

Another similar PDF Printer program that we have profiled earlier is Webmarkers. Works pretty much the same way, though it doesn’t require any phone number.
