CloudCanvas is a free web app that runs on HTML5 ““ you will not need Flash or any other browser plugins. After creating and logging into your CloudCanvas account, you will find the app’s interface loading. Initially you will see a blank canvas with a bunch of tools on its sides. The tools include standard paint tools along with additional design tools such as bezier curves, blurring, drop shadow and bevel filters. Combined, these tools greatly help you create brilliant designs.

In addition to drawing you can import images from Google Images and DeviantArt. You can access the “File” menu at the top left to save your created designs as PNG image files or as SVG files.
