cl1p : Online Clipboard

Free, extremely simple and fast online clipboard. It allows you to instantly create a webpage where you can paste any text and store it online. Want to quickly move text from one PC to another? Simply paste it to cl1p and access it from any PC afterwards. It’s like a scrapbook. It can also be used for basic text collaboration.

Each cl1p page gets its own address under cl1p.net domain (ex. www.cl1p.net/makeuseof/) and can be accessed and edited from that address only. Overall, it’s a pretty good tool for quick note-keeping and informal multi-person collaboration.

Please note, free account option doesn’t allow you to password-protect your notes. So if someone know the exact URL of your note s/he can easily access and edit it. Thus it is not very advisibale for sensitive data.

Additionally there is a Clipboard core (non-free): downloadable application which can be deployed on almost any network. Once it is installed network users will be able to copy and paste between any computer on the network without any extra software.
