ChatRoulette is a site similar to earlier profiled Omegle except for the fact that here you can not only text and voice chat with strangers but also do a video chat with them.

The interface is simple with a big chat button on the right and two video boxes on then left for displaying your and the stranger’s webcam. You can click the “Find Stranger” button to find a random stranger to start chatting. A box would pop up asking for access to your cam and microphone. Hit yes and you are all set. If the person has webcam and microphone, you can see him and talk to him too instead of just chatting.
