Chaos Control: Task Management & To-Do List Application

Chaos Control is a task management app for iOS, Android, Windows Phone and Symbian mobile platforms. It lets you organize your personal chores and business activities starting from simple tasks to more complex projects. It helps you control the incoming flow of tasks, prioritize and focus on important tasks, and control outcomes.

All of your tasks are grouped into projects and every project consists of specific actions to be completed. You can have different projects based on their nature – Business, Personal, Shopping, etc. For example a project like “Prepare a keynote presentation” consists of tasks like “write down presentation plan”, “determine the main product idea” and so on. For every task you set a deadline before which it has to be completed.

Contexts lets you review lists of tasks which should be done in specific locations, particular time of the day (e.g. morning), around specific people (e.g boss, wife) and so on. Customize the list of contexts as you see fit. If you don’t have time to process a task or a an idea you can save it in Chaos Box to process later.

The app is free to download and use but you have to pay $2.99 to be able to sync your tasks with other devices that support Chaos Control app.
