1. You decide the time and the date when you are available to call a meeting. (The add-on checks for overlap with your Google Calendar).
2. You create a meeting and invite people.
3. Invitees reply with their availability times.
4. Meeting is scheduled by you keeping in mind availability of the invitees.

The add-on creates a small widget inside your Gmail where you can take a look at the upcoming meetings. A cool thing about this add-on is that it integrates with your Google Calendar too. So you don’t have to re-check with your own calendar to see if the meeting conflicts with some other appointment.

How it Works

Simply copy’n paste the calendar URL into the provided field, and press the “Add Calendar” button. Once the calendar is added to FuseCal you’ll be able to synchronize it to your other calendars (Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple iCal etc.).
