Many of us have idle email boxes that we don’t check that frequently and as a result they get spammed by lots of mailing lists. Somebody has realized that unsubscribing from lots of bulk lists manually is a pain and has therefore invented a great tool called Unsubscribr. Once you authorize it to read your email account, it scans for all messages that appear to be coming from mailing lists or groups.

These results are then displayed in a nice table and you can instantly choose to unsubscribe from each list. Unsubscribr either sends an unsubscribe email directly on your behalf or directs you to an unsubscribe page. You can also choose to unsubscribe and delete the messages.

The tool only scans for messages from the last 5 days though and includes a limited number of folders. To scan a wider timeline or folder range, you can set up an account and pay a one time fees of $2. It’s totally worth it if your inbox is flooded with annoying subscription emails.

Scans your inbox for mailing list and group messages.

Businesses often employ IT companies to create a professional email setup for them. But even custom-made setups lack the efficiency and transparency that an employer wishes. Here to help provide such a professional email setup in just a few minutes is a web service called MailQuatro.

MailQuatro is a web service that helps you get a professional email setup. The site is quite easy to use. You start by signing up for an account and then linking any existing email addresses that you have. Your email interface is much like what is offered by applications such as Microsoft Outlook or Windows Live Mail. Folders, contacts, calendar, clients, and settings appear on the leftmost pane; the message list appears in the middle pane whereas the emails themselves can be read in the rightmost pane.

Apart from setting up the interface quickly, you can also use MailQuatro to setup multiple email addresses under a single domain name. These email addresses can be assigned to your employees for business use. You can then monitor the emails being sent and received to keep an eye on what is really going on. Such transparency is what employees can benefit from.

Features:

A user-friendly web service.

Helps set up a professional email interface.

Completely browser-based.

Works with your existing company emails.

Lets you create multiple email addresses for employees.

Provides transparency to employer to read incoming and outgoing emails.

Most social networking websites and media websites send you an email notification each time somebody comments or likes your uploaded media. These notifications can clutter your inbox in no time and make it difficult to find the important emails. Here to help solve the problem is a web service called Notification Control.

Notification Control is a free to use website that simply provides you with the direct links of the notifications settings of various websites. The services are listed with their names; just click on them and a new tab will take you to its notifications settings page.

If you want to send someone an anonymous email or maybe want to have a temporary email address that stays with you for sometime and you have the liberty to let go of it anytime, then SpamOn offers an option. It lets you add nice templates to your email, and all kinds of dynamic social media features like Twitter updates, YouTube videos etc.

There are two ways to use it – use their browser extension for Chrome or Firefox, and/or create an account with them. Then connect your Gmail with them and emails will pass through their servers first where the template is applied, and then sent to the recipient.

Toutapp is an online email management and analysis tool that allows users to know what happens after they click the Send button on their e-mails. The tool is very helpful for users who send out daily emails, especially businesses, such as catalogues, daily promotions, offers, etc.

Toutapp can also help users stay focused on their main goals and not worry about the email part – as features like Templates allow them to make a template and use that template for any future emails. They can also schedule and track their emails to know how many people clicked it and get more about the e-mail.

To get started, all a user has to do is make an account on Toutapp and choose the Package Plan according to their needs. Once the account is made, the user can create the e-mail template and start sending out emails and track them.

Features

Track e-mails after they are sent – number of clicks, how many respond, etc.

Integrate with many different e-mail providers and CRMs (such as Gmail, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc).

Schedule emails.

Social media integration.
