BtReAnnounceR : Bring Dead Torrents Back to Life

BtReAnnouncer is a must-have app for every torrent downloader. If you have been a long time torrent user then I bet you’re familiar with the situation when your download gets stucked at about 90% due to absence of seeds. btReAnnounceR has a solution to that.

It brings dead torrent back to life by searching for trackers following the same torrent. When it finds alternative torrents, it lets you create a new .torrent file where you can specify the primary and alternate tracker yourself.
