Have a look at <a href="http://pointui.com/Home.aspx" rel="nofollow">Point UI</a> There's also a fairly <a href="http://forums.pointui.com/viewforum.php?f=2 " rel="nofollow">extensive customizing community (with icons, backgrounds etc)</a>.
