BabyNotify was created by a couple when they were expecting their first child and were looking for solutions to quickly notify their friends and family, spread across different destinations, of their baby’s arrival. The site lets you create a notify list (contacts can be imported from Yahoo, Gmail and Outlook) and then send everyone in that list, gender-customized emails when your child is born.

Apart from email notifications, the tool can also send text messages (only in the US) and also update your Twitter and Facebook account with the news. Email notifications can be sent to up to 100 contacts and text messages up to 30 contacts. Two Facebook and Twitter accounts can also be integrated.
