AwayWeGo is an interesting project which is basically an interactive map where users can add their musical memories. The site has a cool interface and apart from adding musical memories users can browse and listen to tracks left by other users. Although the map focuses on UK you can easily browse and add memories anywhere around the globe.

Adding memories is easy, simply enter location, select related track and add memories along with your namE. That musical memory will then appear on the map. There is also an option to click through and purchase any song you like.
