ahTXT : Get eBay Auction Alerts on your Mobile Phone

Real-time auction monitoring tool for eBay auctions. If you’re a regular eBay seller then you might find ahTXT very useful. It can alert you about auction sales, buyer questions, feedback events etc. by sending text message alerts to your cell phone.

It takes a couple of minutes to set it up and works with almost any carrier and mobile phone in US. First go and create a user account, next add your mobile number and connect your ahTXT account with your eBay profile. Don’t worry, the latter is done through eBay website so your eBay details won’t be revealed to ahTXT.

Once your eBay account and mobile phone are configured you can set preferred frequency and time settings for your alerts. ahTXT is a free service and doesnt’t charge anything for sending you text messages. However, depending on your mobile plan regular text messaging fees from your provider may apply.
