10MinuteMail is a very useful tool that lets you create self-destructable (disposable) 10 minute email account. No registration or whatever needed, simply click on ‘Get my 10 Minute Mail e-mail address’ and you’ll be taken to the inbox of your newly crated email account. You can use it for any non-trustworthy sign-ups you come across.

By default your inbox will stay alive only for 10 minutes, however if necessary it can be prolonged for 10 more. All emails sent to your disposable address during that 10 minutes will appear right on the page, you can read them, click on links and even reply to them.
