Why does a zig-zag artifact appear on some web pages when I use Chrome?

Rezy143 asks:

When I use Chrome a zig-zag space is appearing on some sites. It looks like this: https://picasaweb.google.com/111768572575213939382/ChromeThing

Is this a bug with the browser? Right now I am using Firefox because of this, but Firefox freezes a lot for me, and I’m not a fan of I.E. I want to use Chrome so how can I fix this?

Have you tried deleting the browser and reinstalling it, if that doesn`t work just download safari or opera and use those or wait until an update for chrome appears.

I would try reinstalling Chrome, but after uninstalling it, run CCleaner or Wise Disk Cleaner and remove all vestiges of the old Chrome before installing a fresh copy.

Try uninstalling Chrome and then reinstalling it. It’ll take only 5 minutes. Do that fixes most odd issues in most programs. You can try doing it the normal way, or you can manually uninstall it. See the google help file here about the complete manual uninstall.

I get that too. So thank you for asking the question. Along with that, Do the amount of plug-ins you use have an effect on the speed of the browser. (Chrome)

Yeah, it would. If you have more going on at a time, more resources will be used. An extension is a little bit more work for your computer to do. If you do too much at a time, things can slow down. If you press down Shift + Esc on your keyboard (for Windows at least) and scroll down, you can see how much RAM and CPU usage each extension is using.

I uninstalled Chrome and still using it. Even though I uninstalled it, It keeps happening. It doesn’t happen all the time, but when it does it is annoying. If anyone can tell me if this is a bug, please tell me where I can submit this to Google.
