Is there a WYSIWYG WordPress template editor similar to Circlepad or Elastic?

Jeffery Fabish asks:

I need an WYSIWYG editor (for a client) for WordPress that is similar to Circlepad or Elastic. I would like something like Google Blogger’s interface whereby you can customize your entire theme via their template designer, and you don’t need to view any of the code to make the theme.

    Maybe Lubith:

This is the best looking one I can find: http://headwaythemes.com/features/visual-editor/

I know there is another out there, but I can’t for the life of me remember the name of it and Google is being unhelpful.

I can’t vouch for either though I’m afraid, though I can say that the Lubith one fidelis posted is terrible, I did try that for a laugh ;)

Why not just learn CSS, you’ve got enough other languages under your belt!

      Thanks!

As I stated in the question, this is actually for a friend and he’s quite picky, needs to be able to fine tune everything himself. He was spoiled with Blogger’s template designer, lol.
