Paul Austin asks:
The touchpad on my ASUS X52N seems to be faulty or something, because a lot of the time the touchpad doesn’t move the pointer or the pointer seems to just randomly stop when it’s moving. I have the latest driver, and have tried cleaning the touchpad to see if this would help but to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

July 8, 2012There might be problems with the sensors, wiring, or the circuit board of the touchpad inside the computer. You may have to clean it out and check for yourself inside your laptop or take it to a repair shop. I tried searching for a service manual for you to help you gain access to the inside of your touchpad, but could not find any.
