Which WordPress plugin is best for displaying related posts with a thumbnail?

As the title of the question says, I would like to display related posts with a thumbnail on WordPress and am looking for a good way of doing this.

YARPP has the best most relevant algorithm for determining appropriate related posts and can easily have thumbnails added. Here is a how-to:
